Returns are made at the customer’s cost. Mostelo will compensate return shipping with store credit up to US$10. We are not liable for parcels lost during return shipment.
Before You Email Us
To help us process quickly, please include:
- Order number (begins with “#”)
- Name & email used to place the order
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item received (required for defective/damaged/not as described)
↩️ (a) Return
If any items you purchased fail to meet your expectation (including defective, damaged, or not as described), you can return them for a refund. Please attach photos of the item you received when you email our service team so we can fulfill your request as soon as possible.
To be eligible for returns, please confirm that:
- Items remain unused, undamaged, unwashed
- Items are in original packaging with original label
Customers have 14 days from the date of receive to change their mind and return items without explaining the reason, and Mostelo/Mostelo.com will issue a refund after receiving and verifying the returned item.
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns). No restocking fee will be charged.
💥 (b) Damaged Products
Any items damaged on arrival can be returned to Mostelo/Mostelo.com for a full refund. Please note: if damage is limited to the outer packaging and the contents remain intact, the product will not be considered damaged.

📍 (c) Return Address & Eligibility Window
We accept returns when you notify us via email at support@mostelo.com. Please contact us first and we will provide return instructions.
Make sure to contact us within 60 days after your package has been delivered (according to the tracking information provided). If 60 days have gone by since delivery, we may not be able to offer a refund.
Item condition requirements:
- Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it
- It must be in the original packaging
What cannot be returned:
- Seasonal goods
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Health and personal care items
Returns are made at the customer’s cost. Mostelo will compensate return shipping fees with store credit up to US$10. We are not liable for any parcel lost during return shipment. As we ship worldwide, we operate a global returns centre in China.
💳 (d) Refund
We will issue a refund once we’ve received the item you returned.
The refund will be returned within 7 business days after we receive your return and complete verification. Please check your account.
There may be a slight delay because we process refunds twice a week. If you have any questions, please contact support@mostelo.com.
🧾 (e) Cancellation
You can cancel your order before your item is shipped:
- Your order can be fully refunded within 24 hours after purchase if it has not been shipped.
- More than 24 hours after purchasing, your order may be partially refunded.
